Simeon Ogunjulugbe is a first generation Nigerian-American and a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies. His entrepreneurship journey started very young. As a young boy in elementary school he was interested in creating his own form of income by creating cassette mixtapes and selling it to his friend. Later in middle school he sold candy door to door for a company that promoted teens against drugs and alcohol. More recently in his adult life he founded Metromax Group, LLC and immediately began operating several short-term rental property listings. It grew and expanded into providing long term traditional rental property management services. He also incorporated a car rental service. Adding to his background in business, he also does ride sharing services. His natural ability to relate and bond with people from varying backgrounds which allows him to thrive in business. The continued evidence of his work ethic combined with his ability to learn and try new business ventures speaks volumes. He has a deep interest in adding value to the community by providing services that enhance people’s personal lives. His ambition drives him to continue to grow as a person and to better serve the people around him through personal development material. During his free time, he enjoys reading self-improvement books, listening to jazz and attending social events.
