Johnstone founded The World Advisory Company in 2010 in Washington, D.C.
He began by simply reaching out to small business owners and asking how he could help. He soon found an incredibly under served population of people that want to pursue their passions, but know little about building a business.
Over the course of several years, Johnstone personally worked with hundreds of small business owners and listened closely to their concerns. Eventually he developed a personalized and affordable consulting service to help people start and grow businesses.
Through Johnstone’s guidance and assistance, his clients were able to save time and money, avoid making mistakes, receive expert advice and professional assistance, and have someone there for them in times of need.
Many small business owners are self-funded and the assistance available to them has been expensive and unreliable. Johnstone established World Advisory to provide these individuals with the professional help they need without breaking their limited budgets.
His goal is for World Advisory to make entrepreneurship more accessible to all individuals and make it easier and more enjoyable for anyone to start and grow a business.
Johnstone graduated from Florida State University, where he serves on the Young Alumni Development Council.
He lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Michelle and their son Bennett.

Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer of World Advisory, Erik Mosich is responsible for managing many aspects of the company on a daily basis. He works endlessly to improve efficiency and organization within World Advisory’s structure.
Erik’s dedication, work ethic, and experience is vast with him having held many influential roles across numerous industries, in addition to starting his own bookkeeping firm.
Erik is a US Marine with two letters of appreciation from a two-star Major General and a third from a Colonel for exceptional performance of his duties. He lives in Clearwater, FL in the Tampa Bay area.
Marcus is incredibly talented and brings natural creativity toward strategic marketing and much more. He has several years of experience in starting and growing small businesses and has worked in all types of industries.
Marcus graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. He currently lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife and two sons.
Avi has worked in various capacities including, but not limited to: Project Manager for an international consultancy, with clients in the healthcare, tech and automotive industries; Project Coordinator, creating and overseeing international wealth management events; Head of Strategy Development and Implementation for a co-living startup; and a PR Consultant for an economic growth and expansion project for the Ukrainian government.
Throughout his career, he has been committed to aiding underprivileged youth reach their potential, working with them through various programs in the US and in Israel, calling on his personal background and experience to generate real social change.
Avi received his BA in Business Management & Conflict Resolution, graduating with honors from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Israel. Prior to his enrollment, Avi served as a reconnaissance squad Sargent in the Israeli Defense Force.
He currently resides in New York City.
She has worked with small businesses and startups since 2005, helping entrepreneurs achieve their business goals in a variety of ways (diagnostic, strategic planning, implementation, and control, finances, loan analysis, processes, team management).
Originally from Brazil, she speaks Portuguese, English, and is currently studying Spanish. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estácio de Sá in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Cristiane currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
Client Relations Manager
In addition to serving as a Client Relations Manager for World Advisory, she is the Founder of Success Strategies Advisors, Inc., a South Florida-based consultancy dedicated to driving company success to ‘new heights’ by revitalizing their strategic vision and workplace culture.
She is also a Certified Passion Test® for Business Facilitator and regularly uses the Passion Test® — the #1 tool used world-wide to gain clarity on one’s passion or purpose, with her clients.
To this end, she offers workshops for HR professionals and business leaders, as well as for individuals & entrepreneurs in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. A Distinguished Toastmaster, Heather is a passionate about communications.
For the past five years, she has served on the Board of the South Florida Organization Development Network and today acts as its President. She also sits on the African American Advisory Committee in the City of Hollywood.
